We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager for a high end international menswear brand, for their busy store in Luton Airport. This is an outstanding opportunity to work for one of the biggest menswear brands globally.

You offer:

Minimum of 1-2 years Supervisory / Assistant, Floor or Department Management experience from a menswear retail environment Experience supervising/managing teams of 5+ and £1m+ turnover
Strong coaching and mentoring skills, driving performance from the team through KPI's Passion for menswear, formalwear and tailoring, and ability to work to a fast paced in a travel retail environment
