This Managerial position is for one of the largest and most respected brands in High Street gaming, synonymous with excitement and best value entertainment.
They are now seeking a highly experienced Manager who can lead and develop a business and a team to be truly exceptional and set high standards. You will oversee key existing business and continue to enhance the customer experience and maximise profitability through the future transition and beyond. You will be responsible for continuing to improve a solid revenue stream, providing first class, best-value entertainment and making a real difference in their 24-hour Ealing venue. This role will initially cover maternity leave and lead to a full-time permanent contract as a venue manager within the area.
This is an exciting role where you get to have autonomy in marketing, offers and competitions which you will run. You will need to bring your leadership skills and commercial awareness to manage the business as if it were your own. The ideal candidate will:
- Be highly experienced in managing and leading a team.
- Be innovative, able to gain buy-in and influence, manage change and always be ahead of the game.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and plan and improve the business with the customer in mind.
- Able to speak and write fluent English, be computer literate and display a good standard of mathematics.
- Confident in promoting our products and services as part of driving and leading continual improvement.
- Able to resolve any challenging issues that may arise day to day in a customer centric environment.
- Ambitious and have the drive to support the Management Team in succeeding to meet company targets
To apply for this role, you MUST be over 18 years of age due to gambling legislation and you should have previous experience in a Manager role, ideally within a small retail business or within hospitality and entertainment.

As you would expect from a fast-paced, seven-day business, the busiest times are when customers are having fun, so working evenings, weekends and Bank Holidays are an integral part of this role. Ideally you will have previous supervisory experience as a minimum and possess a commercial awareness to develop the role to achieve maximum business performance.
