The decision to study a Higher Education course is, for our students, probably the biggest purchasing decision of their life. It represents an important investment in time and money but more importantly it has the potential to transform their life. Staff working within Student Recruitment and Fees (SRF) undertakes a crucial role for the University, through the provision of information, advice, and guidance to students on their course choices and funding. The team is c. 400 strong and consists of Advisors and Operational Staff who are responsible for supporting students through the various stages of the student journey.You will be an experienced Senior Manager, willing to lead and manage all aspects of Training, Quality and Knowledge Management within SRF. You will be responsible for quality monitoring, risk, control and audit, the provision of operational training and continuous improvement, and the implementation and ongoing maintenance of a knowledge management tool. You should be able to collaborate well with, and contribute value to the wider SRF Management team. You will bring strong leadership skills and modern management techniques to the team and you will utilise your experience to ensure that SRF delivers the best possible experience to students and enquirers, as well as achieving related targets.Closing date: 8 January 2015.
