Food and Beverage Supervisor within Brassiere Environment
Live in available: Our clients hotel bar and brassiere has a contemporary twist and feel to create magical experiences for their guests who are here to really experience the 5* lifestyle.
The supervisor has overall responsibility for entertainment of guests while supervising the preparation of cocktails, drinks and food service with flair and expertise.
What is involved:
Create memorable experiences with professionalism and passion
Host and manage guest arrival and seating
Support all Food & Beverage functions including restaurant and bar/lounge
Manage and anticipate guest expectations to provide a personalised service
Set up and clearing of the bar area
Maintain a clean and efficient 5 star bar environment
Ensure the bar is stocked, displayed and well prepared
Provide knowledgeable drinks advice offering suggestions and recommendations
Ensure timely delivery from order to service
Operate point of sales system
Effective and consistent communication Match your skills.
Previous experience in a similar position in a luxury bar environment
Passion for cocktails and drinks with sound knowledge
Clear understanding of procedures and techniques
Desire for delivery of high quality service and standards
Excellent presentation and organisation skills
Able to work full time and flexible to meet shift patterns
Fluent written and verbal English
Supervisory experience essential
