Full-time, permanent role. Basic salary 25K + uncapped commission (OTE £45K)
Our client, the head office for a very well known brand based in Milton Keynes, are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join their vibrant team!
The working environment is extremely unique, with plenty of fun but also very hard-working and results-orientated.
The primary focus of the role is to pro-actively contact existing and potential customers via the telephone, build relationships andunderstandtheir business - Only then will you be able to advise on suitable products and services to offer. You will beconsultative,this issolution-based selling. Your responsibilities will include:
Identify the opportunity to generate new business
Converting initial enquiries right through to closing the deal
Pro-actively identify opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell
Use your strong interpersonal and influencing skills to confidently communicate complex technical issues to successfully encourage customers to expand their product range
Ensure sound up to date excellent knowledge of technical products and services to deliver excellent customer service and maximise selling opportunities.
In order to be suitable for this role you will have the following skills/experience:
Great communication skills
Demonstrated experience of working a target environment with a desire to achieve sales targets.
Driven to achieve personal and team objectives whilst demonstrating the right behaviours.
Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills are essential!
