Join this global media company and conduct UX research on a variety of projects across their websites.
This company is a global online media company working across huge websites. They were founded 3 years ago and have since grown to 50 employees. They are looking to be the largest specialist agency in the world and have plenty more room to grow.
In this role you will be planning and executing UX research. You will be using both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and creating customer journey maps with your findings. This role also involves communicating your insights along with recommendations back to other teams so that they can ensure excellent user experience.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong previous experience in qualitative and quantitative UX research techniques
- Client facing experience
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
- Up to £70,000 depending on experience
- Training budget
- Annual trips
