About the job

Are you looking for a role that gives you lots of variety? A great opportunity to build a career in the call centre and customer service industry has arisen for our client based in Swindon as a Customer Service Advisor.

This is working on a

twilight shift with hours between 3pm and 2am working 5 days out of 7.

The role of a
Customer Service Advisor:

Dealing with inbound calls
Dealing with outbound calls warm calls where customers have made an initial enquiry
Dealing with new customers from the US
Dealing with delivery drivers
Ensuring that all admin work is completed
