This is working on a
twilight shift with hours between 3pm and 2am working 5 days out of 7.

Dealing with inbound calls Dealing with outbound calls warm calls where customers have made an initial enquiry Dealing with new customers from the US Dealing with delivery drivers Ensuring that all admin work is completed
