CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR - AUTOMOTIVE / VEHICLE SERVICING - SALARY £15000 - £17000 - BASED MELTON MOWBRAY, EASY COMMUTE FROM LEICESTER, NOTTINGHAM AND DERBY.
This company offers a range of automotive services to the commercial and retail markets throughout the UK. Based in Melton Mowbray, their innovative approach has grown their clients to include a range of household names. They are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor within their Operations Centre, dealing mainly with customers and engineers to ensure the correct service/repairs are carried out on customers’ vehicles and ensuring that pricing structures are adhered to.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be responsible for:
- Using the company’s IT systems to check data.
- Liaising with Service Centre Technicians to service cars and vans.
- Managing relationships with parts suppliers to obtain the best quotes and placing orders.
- Liaising with customers regarding maintenance of their vehicle.
- Sending technical reports and managing escalated repairs.
- Working in a team to resolve problems.
A good level of IT literacy is important as is a high level of customer focus. Experience of generating / process quotations is also beneficial.
Other skills will include:
- Proficiency in IT – Internet Explorer, Firefox, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- A genuine commitment to self improvement and personal development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Drive and determination to achieve agreed targets.
