We are looking for a Healthcare Account Administrator (known internally as a TRICARE Provider Support Services Executive) to join our team based at Chiswick Park, London on a fixed term contract (12 months).You will be responsible for looking after a portfolio of medical providers including Hospitals, Clinics and Doctors.Act as first point of contact for healthcare providers communicating by telephone and emailInvestigate and resolve claims payment enquiries from medical providersCo-ordinate closely with colleagues within the team and department in order to share knowledge and deliver prompt resolutionsWork well under pressure and manage your own workload effectively ensuring urgent cases are given priority and escalated appropriatelyEducate providers proactively on the TRICARE program and claims process including training them on using the online claims portal to submit their claims and track progressAssist US Government stakeholders with their enquiries relating to healthcare providers and claimsQualifications

Required Skills and ExperienceExcellent written and oral English language skills are essential. French, Spanish, German or Polish language would also be a plusStrong administration & organisational skills; highly comfortable with detailed technical analysis of claimsStrong interpersonal skills and customer service ethosA-Levels and/or Degree is desirable but not essential (or equivalents)
