An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum are currently looking for a
Project Management Office Coordinator based at their prestigious facility in
Kingston. This is a fulltime temporary role for a period of
9 months, working a
36.25hour week. This role is paying between
£250 and
£350 per day (Ltd), depending on experience.

The Information and Analytics team is responsible for building data, data science and analytics as a core capability to help the business become data intelligent and drive business and organization performance. The team will deliver advanced products at scale and work closely with the market teams to ensure that decisions are augmented with insight & recommendations wherever possible.



Main Purpose

Support global I&A team delivery, department management and drive towards efficient and effective ways of working, making IA a great place to work. Specific focus areas will be:

Coordinating strategic initiatives and tracking goals and measures,
Supporting the I&A teams in initiating projects and reporting progress
Coordinating team meetings and organising documents and information repositories



Key accountabilities

Process, Project and Programme Coordination and Reporting
Working with the I&A leadership team to track and coordinate I&A strategy, plans, actions, goals and measures
Coordination of the demand management process and reporting on overall I&A portfolio
Assist new projects setup in Clarity and other tools
Collecting and collating status reports across all global I&A teams
Coordination and preparation for regular departmental meetings and leadership team meetings
Escalation and tracking of operational delivery risks and issues


Financial Processing and Coordination

Coordination of the I&A team budgeting submissions as part of the annual planning process
Processing of purchase orders and invoices from third parties


Communication and Training Support

To support the I&A Change and Communication Manager in communication delivery and coordination to the leadership, I&A team and wider business stakeholders
Management of communication and collaboration assets, including teamsites and sharepoints
Coordination of Net Promoter Score surveys to I&A teams, external stakeholders and users.



Key Skills Required

Extremely organised, efficient with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with people at all levels of the organisation
A good understanding of project management principles.
Ability to understand complex business, science & technology topics
Has an allround working knowledge of the various disciplines of business communication, performance management, data and reporting
Able to perform financial processes and control costs
Has a Bias for Action, shows accountability and responsibility and has a can do attitude
Excellent knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and other Microsoft productivity tools



Relevant Experience:


Essential:

A minimum of 5 years experience in a project management environment is a must
Experience of working with senior leaders
Experience of working in a global team across timezones and languages
Proven experience in managing plans, actions and budgets
