Excellent opportunity for an engineer/inspector from a Quality background to work for an expanding familyrun manufacturing business who are moving into new markets.

This company are a specialist precision engineering contractor who produce components for a variety of industries. They are in the process of moving into new markets and have recently upgraded their turning department to bring in the latest machinery and tools. To keep up with this period of growth they are looking for a Quality Inspector to join the team and are willing to provide training to develop the right person in in order to expand their CMM capabilities.

This role will involve performing first and final inspection on the companys batches, working using measuring equipment and liaising with production staff and other departments. They will also be responsible for areas of Health & Safety within certain areas.

The person will have previously worked within a manufacturing environment and have knowledge of ISO9001.
