Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, communications, presentations and other documents
Route planning and field sales preparation for the Directors
Preparation of customer proposals
Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
Coordinate projectbased work
Prepare and control HR documentation
Work and coordinate with internal staff & external advice partners
Renewing contracts with suppliers and going to market
Diary Management, Events, Travel arrangements for Directors
Running monthly staff recognition programmes with the Directors

Education and Experience
Previous experience at providing support at a similar level
Excellent computer skills and competent in all areas of MS Suite.
Knowledge of basic processes and procedures
HR experience would be beneficial but not essential.
