Sales Manager – Customer relationship management
BrickVest is a global property investment platform connecting European
investors with global real estate investment opportunities.
As part of a small, dynamic and fast-paced team, you will have exposure to many parts of the business. This is a unique opportunity for candidates with an entrepreneurial drive looking to join a fast-growing fintech company. We’re an international company comprising of more than 10 nationalities.
The founding team is made up of highly successful investment banking,
private equity and technology entrepreneurs. BrickVest is backed by high

Focus of the role
are looking for ambitious and motivated sales professional, with a strong
focus new business skills. This is a unique opportunity for candidates
with an entrepreneurial drive looking to join a high-profile early stage
Proptech start-up. Part of a small, dynamic and fast-paced team, you will have
real exposure to the business. This role will focus on net new business and
this could include selling to new prospects, as well as our existing users and
customers. This role is not for faint hearted.
The main focus for this role is
converting registered users into active users;
Daily calls with potential customers
and cold calling;
Be part of a team developing an
automated in-house CRM system;
Liaising weekly with marketing,
compliance and investment teams
We think you’ll need the following to be successful in the role:
3-5 years’ experience in a similar sales position as a minimum
experience in real estate, financial services or a regulated environment is
Previous experience in sales or investor
Early stage proptech start-up experience is
using Salesforce is essential
able to work to own initiative
written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills
ability to work with employees of all levels and stakeholders
An interest in working and growing professionally
within an exciting, fast-growing and entrepreneurial environment.
Be excited about building a new, industry defining
Be able to adapt quickly in a fast-growing start-up
English fluency required, another European language
