Working outside of IR35 for a Public Sector organisation, you will be involved in Service improvement by managing and supporting underperforming IT Support teams to increase their efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience working in a 2nd/3rd line environment that has gone through performance management and change. They are ideally looking for someone who can make some radical changes to the way the team work and empower them to work more efficiently and be more productive.
highlevel of understanding and experience of using systematic service design and improvement approaches such as Lean and Six Sigma.
A good understanding of developing, establishing and support IT Transformation and service delivery
Change management within a Service Desk environment
Strong experience managing and supporting underperforming teams and increasing their efficiency
Creation and documentation of new processes to support ways of working
A high level of experience with Data and analytics to gain customer and operational insight
Ability to understand and work within agreed KPI and SLA and ensuring the team do what they can to achieve these
Strong leadership and management abilities with an ability to lead cross functional teams in implementing IT solutions of a complex nature
Understanding and experience of design and development of Target Operating Model (TOM)
The ability to adapt to rapidly changing tasks and priorities from managers and senior staff members
This role will start ASAP and will pay between £24.81£29.90 per hour LTD/Umbrella
