About the job
We are looking to recruit an experienced full time Teaching Assistant for a new school for pupils with moderate to severe and profound learning difficulties (aged 4-19 years) is opening in the North London area in January 2020.

The successful candidate will work under the guidance of specialist teaching staff.
Responsibilities will include:
- undertaking classroom and school wide work
- providing care and enabling access to learning for all pupils
- carrying out pupil's support programmes
- assisting the teacher in the management of pupils and the classroom
integrated approach towards developing the potential and independence of our
Understanding of young people and the issues they face.
Open to new work practices and responsive to change.
Can identify potential problems and take appropriate action.
Calm and patient. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge Health & Safety in the work place.
Warm, friendly and engaging personality with good listening skills.

Salary: £14,500 (salary will be from £14,500 depending on level of experience)
Its essential; GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above or equivalent
NVQ 2 or equivalent and evidence of further education
