About the job
You have a fantastic opportunity to work for a market leader in compliance software focused in the private sector. They are currently looking to expand their inside sales team to meet the increased market demand. This is a great chance to join a fast paced and high volume telephone sales environment.
You will be responsible for taking ownership of the sales pipeline managing all leads in line with the company process. This will be achieved by gaining a good understanding of your customers needs and how the product can aid in achieving their compliance requirements.
Be able to demonstrate a proven ability to be effective in a fast paced high volume telephone sales environment
Have excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills being able to communicate effectively at all levels
Have a proactive approach and be able to achieve all KPIs
Have a proven ability to build rapport and great relationships with all customers
Be a highly motivated and hungry sales hunter
