What are your responsibilities?
Promote a healthy lifestyle through appropriately stimulating activities
Be a caring role model
Supporting people in their residence and out in the community
Providing support with personal care needs as outlined in their care plan
What is required?
Experience managing behaviours that challenge
Availability to work shifts we do also have flexible working options
NVQ or a care qualification would be preferred
