Administrator Southville, Bristol £17,000 to £20,##### ######Our client is a market leading company, specialising in van leasing. This company is rapidly expanding and seeking for an experienced individual to join their fun, vibrant and energetic place of work based in Southville, Bristol and act as an Administrator.
The Administrator will provide efficient and professional support to the Sales team and act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers. In addition, the Administrator will ensure administrative duties related to vehicle delivery are performed smoothly and efficiently.
Liaising with suppliers for vehicle registration and chassis details Creating financial documents and ensure data is entered accurately and in line with company regulations and financial guidelines
Creating and raising invoices to customers and suppliers Checking, receiving and chasing payments from customers and financial companies working on behalf of suppliers and company
Updating customers on relevant information related to orders and answering business and service enquiries Ordering accessories and ensure orders are booked with the dealership prior to delivery
*Booking customers delivery of vehicle and ensure expected timeframe is adhered to
Administrator Key Skills:
Previous experience acting as an Administrator Ability to perform tasks efficiently within a pressurised environment
Invoicing experience Comfortable with finance and numbers
Organised and have the ability to prioritise Excellent written and verbal communication skills
IT Literate Previous experience within vehicle leasing Desirable but not essential
