Job Role: Customer Service
Job Location: Stockport
Job Salary: £17.5K with an OTE of £23K
Monday to Friday: Either 9am5pm or 12pm8pm
1 Saturday every 4 weeks: 9:30am 2:30pm

Our client is looking for a number of customer service individuals to join their large, modern office space in Stockport, working in their Health Insurance department. You will be speaking to customers who have made online enquiries for health insurance quotations, and require the assistance of a sales advisor to obtain this. You will be expected to introduce the customer to the company, check over their personal information, ask some eligibility questions and then transfer them over to the sales team.
This is a target based role, however, the quality of the call is the most important part of the role, with the companys reputation being one that supports their customers and staff, providing an unmatched level of service.

Requirements of a Customer Service candidate is:
Excellent phone manner
Being driven to offer a high quality service in a professional and timely manner
Resilience to work towards monthly targets and regularly achieve them
