Markets such as Insurance, Finance and more recently Property have been disrupted by technology but logistics is lagging with methods including pen and paper still ruling the roost. Our client has developed a disruptive SaaS based platform to digitalise organisations freight forwarding. JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
LOCATION: London and South East
PACKAGE: £60k basic, £100k OTE, 25 days holiday, pension.
Having received a significant seedplus round of £4m, our client is now looking to accelerate their growth. They are looking for an experienced sales candidate with a background in logistics to join the team.
Their SaaS based platform lets customers book, manage and keep track of their international freight with an analytics piece on the side allowing organisations to make better supply chain decisions.
They have grown to 32 people since launching in 2017 and are about to enter a Series A funding round.
Trendy offices in the heart of London.
Our client is interested in candidates with a background in logistics.
You may also have experience in the freight or supply chain space.
Track record of achievement vs target
New business focused.
B2B sales is a must have.
Any experience with SaaS based technologies would be a bonus.
New business sales role selling a disruptive digital freight forwarding platform.
Targeting enterprise organisations.
Selling to Logistics Managers, COO, CEO and Operations Directors.
Average deal sizes £240k ARR.
Lead generation assistance from SDRs, Marketing and attending industry events.
