UX Lead will join a market leading organisation in the midst of a large period of change and development. Our client has invested millions of pounds in digital technology with an aim of becoming the most digitised company in their field, and you will play a vital part in ensuring this investment delivers significant commercial return and drives high levels of customer satisfaction.
UX Lead is required by our market leading client to lead in the design and development of industry leading digital user experiences. UX Lead will be responsible for championing the customer experience across various projects, liaising with business analysts, copywriters, visual designers, project managers, and wider business stakeholders.
Responsible for defining the digital user experience of our clients multi million pound digital platform, driving customer satisfaction and commercial value through a programme of continuous improvement. Guide and mentor UX Designers.
Influence stakeholders across the business to drive high standards of customer experience for all digital sectors. Utilise MVT, complex web analytics, and personalisation technology to deliver digital KPIs and drive commercial value across all products.
Create UX documentation, including: wireframes, sitemaps, functional specifications, and user journeys for all projects. Assist and deputise for the Digital UX Manager.
Demonstrable UX experience The ideal candidate will have prior experience in UX design and architecture, gained with high traffic websites. Strong skills with UX software such as Axure and Creative Suite.
Demonstrable experience in managing usercentred design activity, including research and design methodologies. Demonstrable experience in defining site architecture and navigation.
Strong experience in user testing, stakeholder interviews, card sorting exercises, persona development, wireframing, prototyping, and so on. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
