This is a highly reputable Conversion Rate Optimisation agency who are continuously looking to expand their team. They have a Optimisation Consultants, UX Researchers and Designers, Project Managers and more that youd be joining and working collaboratively with. In terms of training, they are tool agnostic so youll learn a range of tech across optimisation great for career progression. If you want to work on exciting projects, in a fastpaced, social environment this is the place for you.
You will look after CRO strategy and roadmaps for various clients alongside the optimisation team
You will collaborate with the insights team and technical team on projects to ensure things are done efficiently and to a high quality
You will conduct heuristic analysis, deep analysis and research using heat maps, user comments and surveys
You will suggest ideas for AB /MVT tests, code in the tests and then measure their success
SKILL AND EXPERIENCE
Proven handson experience or at least strong knowledge of AB/MV testing
Experience using Web Analytics and Optimisation tech (Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics/target/Optimizely etc)
Good communication skills and an analytical mindset the ability to manage client relationships is also beneficial
Desire and willingness to learn new tech
£30,000 £40,000 depending on experience
