Global Director, Reward and Recognition

You will be our expert on all things reward and recognition at Snow. This is a global role, so you will be involved in setting a global philosophy, designing and building global and local frameworks and ensuring that our reward and recognition approach is supporting our business and people needs. Those needs are straightforward: we need to continue growing and supporting our people to win in our marketplace.

We have lots of work to do to translate the company culture and business plan into our reward & recognition programs and to drive pride in our snow community (of Yeti's! This role is for someone who wants to have enormous impact on their organisation. There were be the opportunity to start from scratch in many areas and build on great practices in others. Its a role for someone who really wants to own their brief and develop professional leadership in this area. Yes, there's lots of initial heavy lifting, but the glory is there too!
You will join a growing, energised People & Culture Team who are more than keen to have you here and contributing.
Here's some of the areas of responsibility you will own;
Strategy / Philosophy: Building a reward vision that everyone can get behind, which supports our every reward decision.
Leveling: Introducing job hierarchy and leveling into the company in an appropriate and agile way
Bench-marking: Getting and using great data across our global footprint
Governance: Ensuring we have strong governance and supporting behaviours around our reward and recognition programs and processes
Communication: Contributing to our company conversation by helping our people understand our programs, value them and participate fully
Incentives & Equity: Designing and executing programs that provide short and long term value for employees and shareholders
You need to have worked in reward as a specialist for 10 years. Our ideal is that you have experienced a high growth environment combined with some time spent in a more mature one. We would like you to have worked in the tech or related sector and have solved reward problems in multiple geographies.
