great opportunity for someone with strong Employee Relations experience. The role will involve managing , implementing and maintaining company policies as appropriate and requested by the Group HR Manager, HR employee Services. Supporting all line managers on all HR matters including organisational design and change as well as day to day matters such as disciplinary, grievance and absence management - this is a key part of the role.
You will also be working effectively with senior management team to deploy the HR strategy throughout the company and advise on HR matters relating to the relevant Business strategy.
Providing HR advice and support on a diverse range of projects. You will also have an analytical ability - be clear what you are accountable for and how it will be measured.
this role is either Full Time or Part time (28hrs)
