EMEA Business Development Manager Hampshire
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for you to join a leading company within the medical manufacturing industry. They are looking for a driven and highly organised individual to join the growing team in a managerial role. This role will report directly to the Board and Sales Director which means you will have a team of at least six.
This role will require you to lead and develop the contract management and pricing strategy for sales operations. You will be collaborating with the finance team on pricing policies and ensure procedures are maintained. Alongside this you will also be collaborating with the board on pricing implementation strategies.
The company is one of the largest manufacturers in the industry and due to continued success they require an individual with the following key skills and experience;
Commercial project management and implementation for sales operations or similar with experience using Oracle, ######.### and or other.
You should have proven record with commercial / financial analytics
You should have a history of setting up contract negotiation & pricing models
Experience of Lean Six Sigma
The ideal candidate will have a strong and continued work history that covers all of the above and will come from FMCG or Financial background. They will want to work for a company that pulls together and has a friendly and energetic culture.
In return you will receive a basic salary of £60 £70K along with a 10% bonus scheme and 25 days holiday per year.
