About the role:
As a Scheduling Assistant working in a busy contact centre environment your role will be to deliver accurate scheduling of resource, the activities and performance plan for onday and future activities. You will manage as part of a team, staffing requirements, rotas and schedules for up to circa 300 FTE in line with operational budgets whilst maximising service level. Being analytical you will be able to review the previous days performance and recommend tactical improvements that can be made moving forwards. Having the confidence and ability to challenge, negotiate and influence all levels of the business
Youll initially join us on a temporary basis, but there may be the opportunity to become a permanent employee at a later date. Theres a range of great benefits on offer too:
The pay will be £12.98 per hour.
Youll start with 28 days annual leave year, but after 12 weeks this will increase to 34 days (including bank holidays)

Thorough working knowledge of all Microsoft Office functions.
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

Thorough and expert working knowledge of Nice IEX workforce management tool.
Excellent customer service skills.
Follow procedures to ensure compliance with all regulations and working practices.
Youll need to be flexible with working hours too, as our contact centre is open from 8am until 8pm Monday to Friday, and 8am to 6pm on Saturdays.
