Location: Chatteris, Cambridgeshire

Salary: £34,300 - £35,300 per annum (£16.50- £17.00 per hour- depending on experience) + excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent

Hours: Full-time- 40 hours

Shifts: Days only

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a driven and experienced Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a beautiful nursing home based in Chatteris. The home is ideally situated in a pleasant residential area within easy reach of the centre of Chatteris and close to local shops and amenities. This vibrant purpose-built care home provides a warm and friendly feel for the residents and their families. The service boasts excellent facilities including cosy lounge areas, regular visits from hair stylist and chiropodist, as well as a beautiful garden for residents to enjoy. The staff at the home are friendly and caring and the manager is looking for a like-minded Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to join the team. Staff morale is very high.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, leading, healthcare provider in one of their lovely care homes in Chatteris, Cambridgeshire. The home provides person centred care to elderly residents with a range of physical conditions. This care includes nursing, palliative, day care and convalescent care to suit the needs of the residents. The Home Manager is looking for a passionate and skilled Deputy Manager (RGN/ RMN/ RNLD) to assist with the smooth running of the home. The home boasts an excellent reputation and good CQC rating.

Person Specification: Our client is looking for a Registered Nurse of any specialism (RGN, RMN or RNLD all considered). Previous management experience is essential for this position. All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. You must have excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
