HCM Design Lead Milton Keynes
Our Client based in Milton Keynes are going through a transformation in their Human Resources division and are looking for an experienced HCM Design Lead candidate who has worked within a HR department during the implementation of a new HR solution.
Experience of the implementation of SuccessFactors as a HR platform.
Responsible for process design (including requirements for configuration of HR System).
Define and verify data mapping.
Make sure a consistent approach to design is taken across HCM modules.
As and when a process issue requires escalation to the Design Authority, oversee and manage the preparation of decision papers.
Liaise with colleagues within Student Administration and Finance programmes.
Contribute to workshops in terms of their materials, design and process documents.
Work with the chosen Systems Implementation Partner and workstream leads to facilitate design workshops.
Directly line manage seven individuals in their workstream.
Establish an approach to test the HCM system, liaising with the testing manager to do so.
Prepare transition plans for deployment with the HCM Project Manager and Transaction Manager.
Support the HCM Project Manager in planning for the phased implementation of the chosen Systems Partner.
Provide expertise, training and communication for the workstream leads.
Experience and Skills Requirements
Have previously held a Design Lead role/Systems implementation role with SAP SuccessFactors.
Experience of the full implementation lifecycle.
Experience of Human Resources Shared Services.
Experience of working within Public Sector of Higher Education Institutions.
Experience of change programmes/projects.
Experience of working with a range of different stakeholders, both internal and external.
Ability to communicate with and influence a range of stakeholders, including nontechnical personnel.
Experience of preparing and delivering presentations.
