I am currently looking for a Cash Equities eTrading Support Team Lead (Director) to join a top investment bank based in London. Core Responsibilities: Maintain high service delivery for production services, monitor and report key performance indicators, act as an agent of change for service improvement Deliver front to back management of critical incidents in line with Incident management standards Supporting members of the global application support teams. Maintain and nurture core stakeholder relationships, primarily front office personnel such as product managers, traders & sales and account managers. Building and documenting repeatable processes to monitor and support systems and applications, ongoing development and continuous improvement of these processes Experience Required: Strong experience within the Cash Equities Business area.Background in FIX/ UNIX Experience managing multiple teams across different core Business streams – stakeholder management is a vital part of this role. A proven background with crisis and major incident management. A demonstrable ability to set-up & restructure teams and drive continuous improvement. Built a career on management of L2 support teams & understand the key attributes that makes them tick.
