Leading Global FMCG company with Brands such as Dove, Knorr, Persil & Magnum
are currently looking for a Global Brand Development Manager based at their prestigious facility in Blackfriars. This is a fulltime temporary role for a period of 12 months, working a 36.25hour week. This role is paying between £53,600 and £67,000 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
The Smile brand (Signal, Pepsodent, Mentadent) is one of our Billion brands, with leading positions across the globe. The Smile brand has not only been a key growth driver for the Oral Care category but also one of the flagship brand to bring our Personal Care vision to life. For more then 50 years, the Smile brand has brought its mission of improving oral health around the world to life, reaching millions of parents and children through its programs with schools, dentist, NGOs and the World Dental Federation (FDI). Besides, the huge opportunities for market development, the Oral Care category is going through an incredibly exciting time of premiumization and individualisation of needs, with consumers evolving their routines beyond the traditional toothpaste and toothbrushes. Therapeutics is one the fastest segment in the markets.
The role is in charge of the Signal/ Pepsodent Therapeutics Toothpaste platform in developed markets. Key role responsibilities include:
Working on the vision for the Therapeutics Toothpaste platform
Developing the proposition, product offering, visual identity
Developing strong and inspiring communication, working with creative agencies with digital as central component
Working with the professional marketing team to ensure an integrated plan for consumers and professionals.
Leading the work with the markets to land the plan locally.
Excellent brand developer with proven track record in crafting successful concepts, brand communication and impactful pack designs.
Strong experience in Digital campaigns
Strong experience in working with markets to localise global plans.
Ideally Personal care experience.

Excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with local teams.
