This is a temporary to permanent opportunity and as such, you will need to be available immediately to apply.
Our client is seeking a motivated and professional candidate to undertake this new role within their Milton Keynes office.
You will be providing administration support between all of our clients divisions and our client's logistics department. You will be dealing with stock levels, assisting with stock takes, inbound planning and arrivals. You will also be expected to attend stock reconciliation meetings.
You will be required to coordinate Navision product queries when necessary and write efficient procedures for loan stock returns and other processes as required. Other duties include training and assisting staff with the Navision returns system, working with the warehouse on insurance claims
You will have a distinct advantage if you have experience in the above administrative tasks and have a good knowledge of AS400/BASE, Helpline and Schopin, however full training will be provided where necessary.
You must also have strong oral and written communication skills, be numerate and analytical, have the ability to work effectively within a team and thrive to work toward deadlines and targets, so exceptional time management is a must.
