Formed in 1993, this company has been providing a range of marketing services from their Berkshire head office for over 25 years. Initially servicing the estate agent and property industry the company has expanded to offer a variety of marketing, digital and energy services to a wide range of companies. They have over 120 employees based in the UK and South Africa. This includes 90 people out on the road providing estate agents with detailed Floor plans, Professional Photography, Energy Performance Certificates and more recently, Inventory and associated reports.
They are looking for a reliable person who will provide a high level of support to both our client base and Client Relationship Executives. You will also ensure that good communications are maintained across at all times. Being the first point of contact, you will be required to provide a high level of customer service over the phone and ensure that you meet the changing deadlines. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision, be selfmotivated and trustworthy.
Must be computer literate with a good understanding of MS Office
You must be an excellent communicator with a confident telephone manner.
Ability to work well under pressure both individually and within a team
Organised, efficient & flexible
An eye for detail and accuracy with administrative work
Prior customer service experience preferred, but not essential
