About the job
Calling all experienced Sales Administrators !
Do you come from a sales / business development background and have experience of proposal admin and production, CRM useage?
Do you work in support of a Business Development or Marketing team, looking for the next step
Assist the Business Development team with general management of the operation including diary management and activity coordination support
General administration support
Assisting with the development of proposals, reports and presentations when required
Supporting business development activities including taking customer calls, updating databases, and others
May be required to undertake a range of miniprojects for the business as jointly agreed
Attend and support business meetings when required
Supporting team development and team growth; including staff induction support and coordinating activities with other departments
A range of other general business administration activities that may be required to support the business
A cando attitude is essential as is selfmotivation
Able to produce presentations and manage social media
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A keen ability to come up with ideas that will help the business to achieve success.
Top level time management, organisation, prioritisation of multiple tasks and communication at all levels.
