JOB DESCRIPTION DETAILS - CAMBRIDGE HONDA
To assist the sales team to pro-actively sell new & used vehicles and ancillary products for customer retention, with maximum Customer satisfaction to all customers. Prospects, visitors to the showroom/ off site shows and at all times promoting the John Banks Group. To manage the Sales Department and achieve budgeted performance with maximum Customer satisfaction. Have a strong knowledge of the market and an in depth understanding of all sales financial data
. To ensure the customer is aware of all peripheral products eg. FCA related products, accessories and extended warranties, insurance, Paint Protection . To ensure all avenues of finance are explored to provide the customer with the best finance facilities and that finance targets are achieved to maximum potential whilst maintaining that all customers are treated fairly.

To ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction at all times in accordance with dealership sales policy to ensure future repeat business by actively working the contact management systems to their full potential as well as the Dealer Management Systems installed within the dealership.ALSO TO
- Represent and sell the Company's products/services in the geographic area applied to the location currently working from and authorised locations:
Accurately represent and state Company policies to all potential and present customers.
Promptly action all leads and fulfill all orders from customers by following documented policies on behalf of the Company.
Inform the sales manager of all problems concerning Company customers within the sales department.
Follow Finance guidelines in relation to payment and debit back as documented in the main Terms and Conditions of Employment
Photograph and send a video to all new and used car vehicle enquiries via C It Now and upload to website /customer. Minimum requirement 24 sales videos per month.
To ensure no personal data is left on desks relating to customer information including: Names, Address, Telephone Numbers, sensitive data and no forms are left visible at any stage of the sales process.
To complete DMS system to include enquiry, desired vehicle and customer requirements and to update GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) data on every customer.
THE COMPANY AGREES TO:
- Pay the team member commissions on achieving specific targets sales on top of the basic salary - details will follow at interview or offer stage.
