Our Head Officeis in Richmond; however, our clients and projects take us all over the world.Job Description: Innovation1st arelooking for a talented Account Executive to join the team based in Richmond.Working within our Sales Team, this role will support the Innovation1stmerchandise proposition in driving revenue, achieving customer satisfaction anddelivering exceptional service. Job Responsibilities:Activitiesinclude but are not limited to:Buildand maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersEfficientlyand effectively process client orders and produce quotes Respondto client requests in a timely manner, working with the creative team todevelop product conceptsManagemid-to low level logistics of client orders and liaise with warehouse whererequiredProactivelydevelop industry knowledge utilising key internal and external stakeholders tobuild understandingSuppliermanagement, ensuring orders are tracked and delivered on time as per clientneedsProactivelymarket and identify opportunities to upsell within existing accountsActivelyshare knowledge with peers, including systems, supplier and product knowledgeUndertakeand complete relevant industry training programme (Trained in PromotionalMerchandise)Experience and Skills:Strong communication skills, both written and verbal with good phone etiquetteAbilityto prioritise tasks and work proactivelyCustomerrelationship management experienceNumericalskillsOrganisationskillsDesireto work in a teamKnowledgeof Microsoft Office programmes Passionfor marketing and product What you can expect:Thisopportunity boasts career progressionCompetitivesalary, bonus and benefits
