Ascendant recruitment is recruiting for a Returns Administrator based in Milton Keynes.
Monday to Friday
Hours TBC – Day shifts
£8.20 per hour
Temporary on going
To provide full administration support to the returns department
Arranging returns and collections
Liaise with customers, colleagues and carriers on the telephone, email and fax
To offer guidance and information regarding collections and returns of faulty items
Completion of spread sheets
General administration duties
Provide customer service
Past experience within returns
Excellent customer service skills
Strong team player
Excellent organisational skills
