The Role:
In this exciting position as Business Development Manager you will be proactively prospecting and developing relationships with corporate clients, selfgenerating leads and building rapport to maximize new business opportunities. Selling these market leading Employee Benefits solutions, you will have a broad portfolio to work with including gym memberships. Selling into a variety of verticals, you will be liaising with several clevel decision makers and as such you will act as a brand ambassador, representing yourself and this employee benefits company in a well presented and polished manner.

The Candidate:
The ideal Business Development Manager will have a proven track record of selling within Employee Benefits, or a similar field. It is highly advantageous if you have sold group gym membership packages. You will be a selfstarter, with a hunter mentality, showcasing a keen drive and desire to expand, win and maximum revenue from all new business opportunities. As a Business Development Manager you must demonstrate a track record excelling in a target driven environment, with the ability to utilize and work alongside other departments to benefit both yourself and company when pitching new clients.

The Package:
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, initial indication is base salary of between £60,000 and £70,000 for this Business Development role. On top of this is a rewarding commission structure, that brings your first year on target earnings up to £120,000.
