IT Service Delivery Manager East Kilbride

Job Description:

Are you an experienced service delivery manager? Could leverage your German and English language skills to lead an international IT Service Management Team? Then this role is for you.


I am currently looking for a bilingual Service Desk Manager based out of East Kilbride. You will speak fluent English and German. You will use your language skills to lead an international service delivery team and provide overarching responsibility for IT Service Management. You will define and maintain the IT Service Catalogue and Service Management processes.

What youll do

Manage, lead and motivate your direct reports
Build and maintain client relationships
Analyse, document and catalogue existing IT services
Define the group wide IT service management processes
Design effective SLA driven KPIs for service management processes
Central responsibility for IT service management
Coach and develop employees in implementing service management standards and processes
Design and implement a continuous improvement process to develop processes
Contribute ideas and concepts to the IT strategy
Enforce compliance with processes and standards
Responsible for licence and asset management
Owner of the IT change management process (Change Advisory Board Chairperson)
