An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a world leading global organisation, our client Bosch are currently looking for FullTime Customer Service Advisors to based in Liverpool City Centre. Working 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) between the hours of (either) 7:00am 04:00pm or 09:00am 06:00pm (42.5 hours per week) . Rate of pay: £7.95 per hour. A performance bonus of up to 8% also available as well as 33 days annual leave!
This is initially a 6 month contract; however, there is scope for this to be extended.
This role is due to commence on Monday 19
th November . You must be available to start on this date and be available for interview immediately.
You must also be available fulltime for the first 2 weeks as this is when training will be provided (09:0017:00)
You will be taking inbound calls from customers providing firstline service in relation to boilers and heating systems. You could be arranging service visits and repairs or helping customers troubleshoot more basic issues. In all cases you will use your customer service expertise to deliver a first class, unforgettable experience.
This is an inbound customer service role focusing on quality customer service. There is no selling involved.
