About the job
As a SalesCo-ordinator, you will provide administrative support to the global sales teamto facilitate sales. You will monitor and report on sales activities and assistthe global sales team to liaise with internal and external stakeholders toensure that the sales process runs smoothly. You will be responsible forcompiling and circulating sales related reports including Daily Sales Report,Sales Activity, Pipeline Reports, Collections Report, Sales Forecast andBudgets.
TheSales Co-ordinator is required to work closely with the sales team to assistwith all activities surrounding contracting and accreditations of new centres. Youwill communicate with various departments on a regular basis and monitor centrewebsites for non-compliance. You will alsoprovide some administrative support to the regional office.
Ideally you should be educated todegree level or equivalent. It is essential that you have good workingknowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM Systems and Databases. You will need to haveexceptional organisational, prioritisation, planning and time management skillsto carry out this role. To converse effectively with senior decision makers andkey influences with ease, you will need to possess highly developedinterpersonal skills in a multicultural and multinational environment.
