Customer Service Administrator – Permanent - Telford
We are recruiting with an extremely successful, privately owned company in Telford for a new Customer Service Administrator. Based from their modern facility in a busy office, this permanent position will suit an experienced a professional, experienced Customer Service Administrator who is looking for a new, challenging but rewarding role with genuine opportunities.
Duties will include (but not be limited to):
Quoting and having a good level of commercial sense and awareness
Look after key accounts
Building good relationships with customers
Ability to deal with export customers and support purchasing
To be considered for this opportunity, you MUST have a stable, proven Customer Service / Sales Administration based background and possesses excellent communication skills (both written and spoken). You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent level of accuracy and IT skills (Inc Ms Excel). You will also be educated to a good standard (ideally graduate level), specifically in English and Maths. Above all, you will be a team player, motivated, professional and well organised.
The Telford site is commutable from Shrewsbury, Wolverhampton, Bridgnorth, Walsall, Perton, Shifnal, Newport, Ironbridge etc
