A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a healthcare communications agency who specialise in working across advertising, medical education, and digital, on a range of prescription and OTC projects for top pharma/healthcare companies. They are looking for an Account Manager to join their team.

This Account Manager position would give you the opportunity to take ownership of projects and have a real responsibility for your accounts across a wide range of project areas. Some of your responsibilities may include:
Keeping clients informed of costs and timeline progress at every stage.
Assessing creative work against the client brief. If adjustments need to be made then you will be able to give constructive and objective feedback.
When making financial decisions you will have a clear understanding of the impact of your actions on the efficiency of the agency.
Working alongside account directors to develop recommendations and strategies for clients.
Maintaining client relationships and helping establish new ones.
If you have experience within healthcare communications, working at the Account Manager level, with a creative flair and a desire to work in a highly patientcentric environment then this position may be a perfect match for you. Along with this:
You will buy into the agencys beliefs, values and patient centric approach, and be able to translate this into how these relate to the clients aspirations.
You will have excellent time management skills to achieve deadlines and prioritise tasks.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You will be able to conduct at times difficult conversations without demotivating the team.
You will be able to selfreflect and identify your own training and development needs.
