Deputy Hospital DirectorRegistered Mental Health NurseAll-female Independent Hospital Leeds, Yorkshire Competitive Salary – dependent on experienceWorking Hours: Full time, permanentI am currently recruiting for an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse with significant post registration experience to join this specialist service as Deputy Hospital Director. This medium-sized, Independent Hospital provides assessment and treatment services for women with complex mental health and disorders in both low secure and rehabilitation services. The successful candidate will report directly to the Hospital Director and will work closely with the Senior Management Team. You will be responsible for ensuring a high level of patient care to all patients. Your role will be integral to the development and delivery of hospital strategy. You will be competent and confident in delivering operational and clinical leadership to the team including healthcare staff and student nurses. The ideal candidate will have a good working knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act and Regulated Activities Regulations. In your role, you will be supporting the provision specialist recovery based treatment to those with enduring mental health diagnoses and ensuring that treatment is designed to enhance the quality of clinical practice.
