Im currently recruiting a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join a dynamic and fast paced team, providing support on all matters relating to the operation and performance of their products in a live environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing technical support to their helpdesk and external customers on all matters relating to their products, including application, hardware and network support.
Managing the investigation of live product field issues through to resolution.
Working closely with major incident team when recovering system critical issues.
Being proactively aware of product performance issues by looking for corrective actions and prevention.
To be successful in the role, you will have:
Prior experience working in a 1st/2nd line support role, ideally supporting networks and/or applications.
Strong technical aptitude towards the use of new technology and diagnostic tools.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to think outofthebox and develop creative solutions.
Strong focus on customer service with excellent communication skills.
Excellent time management with the ability to meet agreed deadlines.
