Recruitment Consultant – Trades & Labour – Harrow on the Hill

A specialist recruitment company that provide both permanent and contract services across the Construction and Engineering sectors, we are currently looking for a Construction Trades And Labour Consultant to join an existing team based in Harrow on the Hill.

The successful applicant will be expected to provide trades and labour recruitment assistance to current clients as well as growing your own lucrative desk.

You will play a major role in the continued expansion of the business and is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to progress.

The ideal candidate will have current/previous construction recruitment experience, however we will also consider a construction graduate interested in a change of direction.

The Role:

Resource for current vacancies/clients
Develop new business and deliver results
Working towards and delivering on targets
We will look for you to bring new ideas to the table that will benefit the company’s future growth & expansion

Experience Required:

Minimum of 12-18 months experience within the Construction recruitment sector
Or 12 – 18 months post graduate site experience (Site Engineer, Site Manager etc.)
Clear understanding of how the Construction industry works
Relevant 3rd level qualification
