About the Job
Do you want to be responsible for ensuring our client's managers, workers and employees get the best, most memorable and rewarding experiences whilst working for the company?
Are you excited by engaging with people, learning about their needs and solving problems that are important to them and their managers/ clients?
Are you the kind of person that embraces change and can handle a high level of administration, taking the positives out of working for a busy, operational environment?
Great, then this role is for you...
Our client are looking for a first-class Human Resources professional to support them for a period of secondment whilst their incumbent HR Advisor steps up into a Learning and Development management role to cover maternity leave.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring their employees and workers have a great people experience with the Company, whatever the situation.
They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible to hand over with the incumbent HR Advisor to get the most from her experience before she moves into her new interim role.
They know what makes this job hard is the pressure of high level of administration and the uncertainty of employee relations, whilst giving every manager, employee and worker the high standard of individual care they deserve. You'll be a multi-tasking people person who learns quickly and gets satisfaction from helping their employees make lasting memories within their role.
Whilst experience within a HR capacity and with managing a workload that's high in administration is a must, it's much more important to them that you are an energetic, empathetic and hardworking character who puts the business and their managers first, than it is for them to see any experience you may or may not have.
It's important to them that all of their people feel well catered for which is why they are based on a modern business park with exclusive discounts available locally, company socials and plenty more!
Add in a competitive annual leave package, in-office charity events, and the abundance of free takeaways and cake, you can see that they want their people to feel good inside and out.
Their advice though? Be quick if you want a slice...
How to Apply
To apply for this role, please send them a cover letter explaining why you want this job. Attach a CV to support, but for them the cover letter is essential!
