Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 09.00 - 17.00

Our client are looking for a first-class Human Resources professional to support them for a period of secondment whilst their incumbent HR Advisor steps up into a Learning and Development management role to cover maternity leave.

In this role you will be responsible for ensuring their employees and workers have a great people experience with the Company, whatever the situation.

They are looking for someone to start as soon as possible to hand over with the incumbent HR Advisor to get the most from her experience before she moves into her new interim role.

About You

They know what makes this job hard is the pressure of high level of administration and the uncertainty of employee relations, whilst giving every manager, employee and worker the high standard of individual care they deserve. You'll be a multi-tasking people person who learns quickly and gets satisfaction from helping their employees make lasting memories within their role.

Whilst experience within a HR capacity and with managing a workload that's high in administration is a must, it's much more important to them that you are an energetic, empathetic and hardworking character who puts the business and their managers first, than it is for them to see any experience you may or may not have.
