The Department of Computing and Information Systems within the Faculty of Architecture, Computing and Humanities at the University of Greenwich is seeking to appoint a part-time Senior Administrator to coordinate its student support team, taking responsibility for managing administrative provision, and ensuring an effective and efficient service is maintained across a wide range of student support activities.
This is a varied and challenging role, liaising closely with departmental academic and administrative colleagues, wider university student wellbeing & employability services, and other external stakeholders. Candidates must have relevant administrative experience gained in a supervisory role. Proven experience of working at a senior level and of supporting and coordinating a range of events, meetings and activities is required.
Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to manage and plan tasks and small projects and to delegate effectively. An analytic and systematic approach to work is required and experience of working in a higher education environment is desirable.
