THE ROLE: As Account Manager you will be out in the field selling a range of services related to commercial property data and analytics, through professional sales techniques. Youll be building longterm business relationships with property professionals in the commercial real estate arena, including surveyors, banks, pension funds, institutions, retailers, property companies and government. Youll be in the office 2 days a week and out visiting clients for 3.
THE PERSON: To be considered for this position it is essential you have experience in selling a professional service in a consultative manner. Youll have a track record of successful achievement, built around your credibility, intelligence, drive and enthusiasm.

Basic: £35,000 £40,000
Total Package: 70,000 ote
Car Allowance: £6,000 pa
