Senior CRM Executive London £40,000 + Benefits
One of Londons leading retailers is looking for a talented Senior CRM executive to join their exciting offices in the heart of the capital.
You will manage the execution and optimisation of crosschannel customer lifecycle programmes. Working with the companies database across direct mailing, email and SMS communication.
You must have at least 3 years experience in a retail CRM environment with a university degree with emphasis in customer behaviour, marketing or analytics. With proven experience with: Campaign creation, execution and measurement, test and learn strategies, customer targeting and value creation, customer lifecycle and loyalty programmes. As well as technical knowledge of databases.
Implementation of CRM customer strategy lifecycle communications, bespoke content and BAU campaign delivery
Working across both online and retail using direct mail, SMS and email channels
Campaign Reporting and Optimisation
Manage campaign reporting, understanding how to report effectively monitoring campaign uplift and incremental revenue
Use campaign reporting to indorse campaign optimizations and continuous enhancements
Understand the commercial expenses of campaigns and how to maximize ROI
Project and Budget Management
Assist with the management of the CRM budget
Manage the ontime delivery of new CRM projects and strategies
