Robertson Bell finance are recruiting for an Interim Finance Officer for an organisation based in Kingston Upon Thames. This contract is for a minimum period of 6 weeks to cover a period of staff absence however this could potentially become permanent for the right candidate.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, specific duties include:
Purchase ledger duties including; inputting invoices, leading on the authorisation process and payment runs. Sale ledger
Credit control Adhoc duties
This position would suit someone with experience of all of the above duties using Sage Line 50 to be able to hit the ground running. You will be enthusiastic with excellent communication and customer facing skills to be able to build working relationships effectively. In addition to this, you must be proficient in using all Microsoft Office Packages.
